Before you consider starting any remodeling project ask yourself, is remodeling your bathroom a good investment?
The answer is quite simple, yes! Remodeling your bathroom offers a number of benefits, the most important being the added value to your home. In addition to the kitchen, the bathroom is the one room in the house that gets the most attention when it comes to used space, remodeling or home improvements.

A complete bathroom remodel would be much more expensive. It would include all the above, plus a new exhaust fan system, new lighting vanity and mirrors; all of the home owner’s choice. The existing plumbing would be utilized. The contractor would paint the walls and install a new flooring of the owner choice.
If you go for the whole bathroom remodeling job, you are talking serious money. If you plan on the contractor doing everything as previously listed, in addition to more and better amenities. Add a new shower enclosure, install tile in the bathtub and shower area, as well as new electric and plumbing would be installed up to code.
