We offer comprehensive project planning, design and construction services for additions, kitchens, baths, basements and attics, garages, porches and decks. Pequot Remodeling offers a standard one year warranty of all residential services. We follow up every construction project with an annual service call to inspect and correct any issues which may have materialized since completion.

The State of Ct. requires that all Home Improvement Contractors be registered, only. Our CT. Registration # is 536794. There are no tests, exams or certification processes required by the State to insure a quality product, any business integrity or financial accountability to you, the consumer. Why select us over any other contractor in Ct.... We have a 30 year track record of successfully completed projects. We have TWO Certifications ... The Certified Graduate Remodeler (NAHB) and the Certified Remodeler (NARI). No other company in the state has both.. and few carpenters have either. We were chosen by Remodeling Magazine as a BIG 50 Remodeler in 1999. Only 500 companies from across the USA have this designation. With all three of these associations comes Compliance to Codes of Ethics. We have to be better to comply with our spoken oaths.
